Roxy to the Rescue
Roxy is a feisty little orange dog who is super keen to start a new life now that she has been adopted from the local pound.
Having worked with dog rescue myself for a number of years, I know just how excited and happy pound puppies (both young and old) are when they find their new family. It was that excitement, that sense of absolute relief and joy that inspired me to write Roxy to the Rescue.
Part of the proceeds from Roxy to the Rescue are being donated to the Kershaw County Humane Society, an animal rescue in South Carolina, USA and an equal portion to Paws for Thought, a dog sanctuary based in Sydney, Australia.

Whoever said 'the more things change, the more they stay the same' was definitely not living in Paradise Valley. No matter how much the locals would like some stability and the joys of a boring life, it simply isn't on the cards.
With births, deaths and marriages, change is the only constant. What was once a discarded and abandoned township has become the thriving community of Sullivan, with its ever changing needs and wants. Fortunately, plenty of people are happy to step up to the plate. The question remains, can the valley provide for its own while helping those who are need support after hitting hard times in the city? What role can Stormhaven and the Ridge play in helping others, something our men and women have always done and will continue to do? Will everyone get their happily ever after?
